We are seeking a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Developer to join our expanding team at the Bahria Town Marketing Office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities on freelancing platforms, with a particular focus on Upwork. This role requires a strong ability to craft compelling proposals, manage client communications, and convert initial leads into long-term partnerships that contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Develop tailored proposals that effectively address client needs and demonstrate the company’s value proposition.
- Manage communication with potential clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered upon.
- Track and report on bidding activities, success rates, and client feedback to continuously improve strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the freelancing ecosystem to identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms with a successful track record of winning projects.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive proposals and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids and client interactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the freelancing marketplace dynamics and client expectations.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
