Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer related activities i.e. customer dealing, issuing receipts, processing customer paper work, file keeping and issuing general notices to clients.
  • Manage company payroll and daily transactions.
  • Supervise junior staff in daily accounts duties.
  • Keep track of vendor payments and current tax policies.
  • Manage updated tax deductions of customers and suppliers.
  • Keeping track of project expenses and creating financial documents.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have good Written and spoken skills( English and urdu).
  • A strong background in accounts.
  • Complete understanding of  Quick books.
  • Create financial documents.
  • Complete understanding of current taxation policies.
  • Hold internal financial audits.
