Solution Architect

The Solution Architect collaborates closely with a variety of stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure that technical solutions meet operational requirements and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Although this role does not include direct management of a team, it requires an individual who can effectively influence and guide interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal results. The successful candidate must be able to convey complex concepts in straightforward language, ensuring clarity and understanding among all stakeholders. The Solution Architect will also engage in continuous learning to stay ahead in the ever-evolving technological landscape, fostering innovation to enhance service delivery and support business objectives within our organization.

Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural solutions that meet the business needs and are aligned with the enterprise architecture framework.
Assess and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and viable architectural solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of solutions across various systems and platforms.
Conduct feasibility studies and submit recommendations for architectural improvements and technology adoptions.
Identify potential risks associated with architectural designs, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide technical guidance and support during the project lifecycle, assisting with troubleshooting and optimization as needed.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions are aligned with expectations and requirements.
Document architectural decisions, designs, and processes clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate design concepts and gather requirements from stakeholders.
