Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our construction industry products, including market research, competitor analysis, and target market identification.
2. Brand Management: Manage and maintain our brand identity, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.
3. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive sales, including email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
4. Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to educate and engage our target audience.
5. Digital Marketing: Manage and execute our digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
6. Event Marketing: Plan and execute trade show appearances, product launches, and other events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
7. Budget Management: Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
8. Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
10. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the construction industry or a related field.
3. Skills: Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and analytics tools.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing plans that drive business results.
Qualification & Skills:
1. MBA: Master's degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering with marketing/Sales background.
2. Certifications: Certifications in marketing, such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification or Google Analytics certification.
3. Construction Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
