Application Processing:
- Assist in reviewing and processing student applications, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted.
- Verify eligibility and assess the completeness of applicants’ documents and forms.
- Respond to queries from prospective students regarding application status and requirements.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update student records in the admissions database.
- Help in organizing and sorting application data for easy access and retrieval.
Communication:
- Support in preparing communications to prospective students about application deadlines, admission requirements, and other important updates.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, campus tours, or virtual information sessions.
Student Support:
- Answer phone calls and emails from prospective students and provide guidance on the application process.
- Assist in organizing outreach events, such as recruitment fairs, webinars, and orientation sessions.
Research and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data on student demographics, application trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare reports and summaries on admissions activities for the team.
Other Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in various administrative tasks related to the admissions process, such as preparing admission decision letters, filing, and maintaining records.
