Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including document verification and orientation sessions.
Employee Engagement:
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and practices.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Prepare HR reports on attendance, performance, and compliance.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks related to HR functions.
Support:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
