Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of IT systems including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are effectively implemented.
Software & Application Support:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining core software platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Liaise with software vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
User Support & Training:
- Provide second-level support for IT-related queries from staff.
- Conduct IT orientation and training for new employees.
Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables for ongoing technology initiatives.
IT Policy & Compliance:
- Help enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on IT compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise junior IT staff and coordinate their daily tasks.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT team.
