Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage all maintenance-related matters across our contracted locations. This office-based role is ideal for a Supervisor or In-charge-level professional with expertise in maintenance operations, record-keeping, project bidding, and handling sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage maintenance activities across all contract locations.
Maintain records, schedules, and reports for maintenance operations.
Handle bidding for projects and contract negotiations.
Respond to sales inquiries related to maintenance services.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for efficient maintenance execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor maintenance budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and future planning.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor, or in charge.
Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, equipment, and repair work.
Expertise in paperwork handling (record-keeping, scheduling, documentation).
Experience with project bidding and sales inquiries related to maintenance.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple maintenance projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing large-scale maintenance contracts.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
