Are you an energetic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to local businesses to promote and sell our services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to local companies to introduce and sell our services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Document and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve overall sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
