Responsibilities

Direct the preparation of financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide a clear view of the company's financial position.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecasting profits, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Implement effective financial management systems that comply with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure transparent financial reporting.
Manage budgeting processes, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring expenditures against budgetary constraints.
Lead a team of financial analysts and accountants by providing direction, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity.
Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets, and ensure long-term financial stability.
Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, by presenting financial findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure that the company's operational and strategic initiatives are financially supported.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company is prepared to adapt to financial changes promptly.
Coordinate audits and ensure prompt resolution of any issues raised, while also overseeing tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
