Department: Accounts
- Reports To: Manager Accounts
- Location: Bahria Town, Lahore.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in internal audits. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting the organization in achieving financial integrity and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring proper documentation and timely reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct preliminary reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Oracle accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address financial and operational challenges effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter) are preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a similar role.
