Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

- Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

- 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
- 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
- 07:00 PM – 03:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
