Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to acquire and onboard restaurant partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Assist in developing and executing growth plans tailored to assigned accounts.
- Take full ownership as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to assess the performance of initiatives, prioritizing those with the highest return on investment.
- Work directly with merchants and internal teams to improve the merchant Net Promoter Score (NPS) by resolving experience-related challenges.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Supply, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to achieve growth targets and align strategies.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of consistently meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and other relevant software tools.
- Demonstrated success in account management, including both direct and channel sales, with strong deal-closing capabilities.
- Experience within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and alignment with Careem’s core values: boldness, focus, agility, and collaboration.
- Highly motivated with a proactive “hunting spirit” to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Food/Service Providers sector.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and corporate teams within a large, cross-functional organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive solutions aligned with industry trends and local market dynamics.
