Accountant Executive

Genx Integrated Systems, a well-established software company based in Lahore, is seeking a proficient Accountant Executive to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, documenting transactions meticulously, and preparing detailed profit and loss statements. This position requires a detail-focused professional with a strong grasp of accounting principles and hands-on experience with bookkeeping software such as Peachtree or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management: Maintain complete and accurate financial records by ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, organized, and reported promptly.
- Profit and Loss Statements: Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements on a regular basis, identifying financial trends and providing insights to improve overall financial performance.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Peachtree or equivalent bookkeeping software to facilitate efficient accounting processes and maintain precise financial data.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local financial regulations. Prepare and submit financial reports in accordance with legal requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to guarantee accuracy in financial reporting and communicate financial information clearly to management for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in Peachtree or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
