We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the accounting team in financial record-keeping, invoicing, and other accounting-related tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with expertise in financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
2. Invoicing and Billing:
Prepare and process invoices and bills
Ensure timely and accurate billing
3. Data Entry:
Enter financial data into accounting system
Ensure data accuracy and completeness
4. Reconciliation:
Perform account reconciliations

5. Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports
Provide financial data and insights to support business decisions
1. Education:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
3. Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software and systems
4. Certifications:
Certifications in accounting, such as ACCA or CA, are desirable
