AEDesign Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Officer to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing daily accounting activities. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Officer will support financial operations by ensuring compliance, assisting with budgeting, and facilitating audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Efficiently manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide critical support during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Regularly review and monitor expenses to encourage cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with external auditors, vendors, customers, and tax authorities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000. Candidates with at least one year of relevant accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
