Project Objective:
Adolescent and Adult Learning and Training Program (AALTP), for adolescents and adults who have missed an opportunity to avail education. The AALTP aims to provide accelerated formal primary education for vulnerable adolescents and basic functional literacy for adults together with a certified Skill Development / Vocational Training course for each learner to enable them with varying opportunities of human capital development and socio economic growth.
Assignment
The Head Teacher would be based at AALTP Center and would be responsible for overall center management both academically as well as administratively. S/he will ensure to continued quality learning environment along with the mentioned TORs.
Functions
Project Implementation
The Job holder will be responsible to report on programme functioning according to the standard requirements of this role. The incumbent will be responsible to identify programme gaps vis challenges, barriers in enrolment, attendance, course, retention and transitioning, and share the findings with supervisor. Ensure safeguarding for learners (girls), and implement Acted’ zero-tolerance policy.

Required Qualifications :
Minimum FA/BA, MA/B.Ed/M.Ed Bachelor will be preferred
