We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Admissions Officer to join our team and support the admissions process for students aspiring to study abroad. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive on-the-job training focused on international education admissions and will be passionate about guiding students toward achieving their academic goals. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional support throughout the application journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist students throughout the application process, including completing application forms, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring timely submission.
- Conduct thorough research on universities, their admission criteria, and academic programs to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
- Review and refine admission essays to meet university standards and enhance students’ chances of acceptance.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students, universities, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Manage and update student records in compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to students and their families throughout the entire application process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in a similar role or within the international education sector is preferred.
- This is a full-time position based in Kharian, involving some travel.
- The starting salary is Rs40,000 per month.
