HR Generalist

With a minimum of five years of experience in HR, this role involves implementing best practices for onboarding, conflict resolution, payroll processing, and utilizing employee engagement tools. The HR Generalist will be a key member of the HR department, contributing to the overall human resource strategy while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive necessary training and resources for successful integration.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication within the workplace.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and organize employee records, tracking performance and engagement metrics.
Implement and manage performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals and promote employee development.
Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain a talent pipeline.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Lead and mentor a team of four HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
