AI Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with IA regional Operation Leads and People Staffing Partners to resource projects in alignment with the Statement of Work, ensuring appropriate margin and utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full spectrum of technologies delivered by Capgemini IA.
- Proactively identify, anticipate, and communicate risks and critical issues to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure that project teams strictly adhere to IA Practice frameworks and methodologies, maintaining delivery quality consistent with Capgemini standards.
- Define, prepare, and lead project governance activities for clients, including organizing project committees and steering committees.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing projects in cloud environments, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); knowledge of Azure and AWS is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Predictive AI (including Machine Learning Engineering and Deep Learning), and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience in executing technical projects.
- Proficiency in Python to effectively comprehend challenges and support project teams.
- Solid understanding of model building and training processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage AI and machine learning projects through the complete project management lifecycle.
