Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor analysis, market intelligence, and customer behavior research for CRC & HRC.
- Track local/global steel market trends, pricing, and import/export dynamics.
- Maintain a live customer database and monitor steel import volumes (CRC, HRC, GI, PPGI).
- Generate actionable reports to support forecasting and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and engage with industry stakeholders.
- Visit markets to explore trends and gather real-time insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Admin, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
Experience:
- 8+ years (Bachelor’s); 6+ years (MBA from IBA/LUMS)
- 3–5 years in market research (Steel/Industrial/FMCG preferred)
- Age: 28 to 35 years
Skills & Tools:
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Power BI, PowerPoint & Word.
- Understanding of steel products and market structures.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaborator.
