- Assist with the dispatch of finished goods and coordinate with the sales team and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor deliveries, provide timely updates, and collaborate with the team to address any challenges.
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Resolve minor delivery issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Create gate passes through SAP, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify materials loaded on trucks to ensure compliance with delivery and shipping requirements.
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure smooth operations while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct monthly stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Material Yards with a focus on 5S principles to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
