Android Developer

As an Android Developer at Ak Tech, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality mobile applications for Android devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise in Java and Kotlin, along with your knowledge of Android SDK and UI/UX design principles, will allow you to deliver applications that are not only functional but also visually appealing. You will be responsible for the entire application development life cycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance. Although this position does not require team management, your collaborative skills and proactive approach will contribute to a productive and innovative work environment. Responsibilities

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Java and Kotlin.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through effective testing and debugging techniques.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
Adopt Material Design principles to create intuitive and appealing interfaces.
Utilize Android Studio and Gradle for building, testing, and managing project dependencies.
Implement Kotlin Coroutines and OkHttp to optimize network calls and improve application performance.
Maintain and update existing applications, implementing newer technologies and methodologies.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile application development.
