Customer Sales Executive

Akbar Aslam, an esteemed women's designer clothing brand, is currently seeking a Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. With a strong presence both in Pakistan and internationally, we pride ourselves in creating an encouraging work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.

Job Description:

The Customer Sales Executive will be an integral part of our team, directly contributing to our growth by:

Promoting and selling our product line.
Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions.
Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Processing orders and providing post-sale support.

This position will require a 8-hour shift from 6pm to 2am.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar.
Previous experience working with international clients is preferred.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Other Details:

This is a remote position, but candidates should be based in Lahore, Pakistan. Initial training of one month will be provided at our Lahore office in day timings. The salary range for this position starts from PKR 50,000 and can increase based on experience and qualifications.
