Al-Meezan Investment Management Limited seeks profiles from dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the following vacant position.

This position requires identifying a connect competent, self-motivated & dynamic individual who has excellent team-building and sales performance-driven skills. The candidates should possess a strong customer service attitude and analytical, account management, and relationship skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelor's / MBA (Preferably Master's in Finance / Marketing)

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience (Preferably in Asset Management companies/ financial product sales)

Location: Sialkot, Faisalabad, Bahria Town - Lahore

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients, build new client relationships and manage the portfolio of the existing clients

Focus on investors and relationship management to expand their portfolios

Ensure achievement of Net AUM target for the year across all products

Provide service to walk-in clients of branch and attends clients call

Save customer information and Sales related activities in CRM on a daily basis

Process customer transactions within the assigned cut-off time

Assist Branch / Sales Manager in executing Marketing events, exhibitions, and also using Kiosk activities as an efficient and economical means to increase awareness about the Products and Services offered by the Company

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending in-house training sessions and reviewing professional publications/FMRs

Lead the Sales team and keep the Sales force motivated and charged in order to achieve optimal results
