We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, and financially driven Call Center Agent (Female only) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Customer Service script provided by company.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain Records of conversations with customer and analyze Data
- Upsell other Products whenever possible
