Al Murtaza Higher Secondary School seeks a knowledgeable and passionate Economics Faculty member to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in both macroeconomics and microeconomics and possess the ability to deliver engaging lectures that inspire students. With a solid understanding of various instructional strategies and classroom management techniques, this individual will design assessments that effectively evaluate student learning. While this position does not include team management responsibilities, collaboration with fellow educators and participation in departmental activities is encouraged to promote academic excellence within the institution.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that effectively cover both macroeconomic and microeconomic theories.
Utilize multimedia and presentation software to enhance lecture delivery and student engagement.
Implement diverse instructional strategies that cater to various learning styles and promote a deep understanding of economic concepts.
Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment that encourages discussion and critical thinking.
Design and administer assessments that measure student understanding and mastery of course material.
Analyze assessment results to inform ongoing curriculum development and instructional improvement.
Implement a learning management system to track student progress and facilitate communication.

Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of economics and integrate current events into lesson content.
Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with faculty to enhance educational practices and curriculum.
