Responsibilities:

  • Manage import operations, including sourcing suppliers, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
  • Handle import documentation Banks LC/LC limit approvals (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Optimize costs by negotiating with suppliers and managing logistics expenses.
  • Monitor and report on import activities, including cost analysis and delivery status.
  • Manage Accounts Related to Imports and Local Sales, Delivery Orders, Purchases etc
  • Sales Tax return and WHT return Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in import operations or logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
