• Maintain and update employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for the embroidery unit staff.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, ID cards, and HR documentation as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with finance and unit supervisors regarding salary adjustments, overtime, and deductions.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
  • Support the HR team in conducting employee engagement activities, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Address employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and HR policies.
  • Assist in maintaining HR reports, audits, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate between the embroidery unit and head office HR team for smooth workflow.
