- Manage the inventory of shoot dresses, accessories, and props to ensure availability and proper usage.
- Create and maintain detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and production timelines.
- Supervise the shoot on set, ensuring all creative and brand guidelines are met.
- Assist with casting and model selection for shoots as needed.
- Handle any issues or last-minute changes that may arise during the shoot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with campaigns and brand objectives.
- Curate and select the best images and videos from shoots for use on social media, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
- Work with the social media team to provide relevant and timely content for digital platforms.
- Organize and archive shoot materials, maintaining proper filing, inventory, and accessibility for marketing use.
