We are looking for a competent and proactive Assistant to Director to support the director in departmental planning and progress monitoring. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing departmental plans and goals
Coordinate and supervise daily operations with the directo
rEnsure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Fulfill duties assigned by the directorEnhance productivity and solve problems proactively

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in sales
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities and critical thinking
Experience with Indenting firm would be preferred
