The Office Automation Officer/Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to ensure the efficient automation and optimization of office processes and procedures. This role will work closely to accurate data entry tasks, manage office documentation, and utilize office automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and streamline office operations

Duties and Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update office documents, records, and files in digital and physical formats.
Enter, verify, and update data into PIO LMS (Learning Management System) accurately and efficiently.
Use office automation tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings and reviews.
Scan and digitize physical documents for electronic storage.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements in PIO LMS and other manual procedures for computerization in coordination with concerned users to IT Department.

Qualifications

BCS/DAE or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience work experience on a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data entry software with good typing speed.
