Consultant - IT Training Programs

We are seeking a part-time consultant with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Karachi private sector IT training institute industry, with deep knowledge and expertise in private sector IT training center business models, online and in-class IT programs currently offered in Pakistan's private sector IT training institutes, how IT courses are marketed and sold to target customers, student onboarding processes, and course pricing matrix.

The consultant should also have knowledge and experience in bringing IT professional certification programs to Pakistan's market, targeting IT and non-IT students, remote/freelance IT workers, IT professionals, and non-IT professionals seeking IT qualifications.

In addition, the consultant should have experience building and managing teams in Pakistan, conducting market research and analysis, and navigating the local business landscape. The consultant will be responsible for developing a strategic plan for rolling out our IT professional certification programs in Pakistan, starting with Karachi and Hyderabad, and scaling the business in other major cities with local sales, marketing, and operations teams.
