As an HR Officer at Aleph Business Solutions, you play a critical role in enhancing the organizational culture and supporting employee development. You will take charge of various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, providing a seamless experience from the hiring process through ongoing employee engagement. Your proactive approach in analyzing data, aligning interviews, and managing HR-related tasks ensures a productive working environment that nurtures talent and promotes organizational success. You will also contribute to the development of HR policies, creating a bridge between management and employees to foster an inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment processes, including analyzing data from job boards, reaching out to candidates, and scheduling interviews to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and all necessary resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices that align with the organizations goals.
  • Organize and manage celebratory events and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other logistical needs for leadership and employee-related events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that support organizational objectives and improve employee relations.
  • Act as a mediator in conflict resolution, utilizing conflict resolution methodologies to address and resolve employee concerns effectively.
  • Utilize HR management systems and employee relations software to monitor and track employee performance and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify opportunities for employee development and performance improvement.
  • Engage in recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the organization's visibility and attract diverse applicants through various channels.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide support in goal-setting frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness in evaluations.
