Alfatah Industries is seeking a dedicated and driven Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team within the Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals sector. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and nurturing relationships with B2B clients, driving sales, and maximizing our market presence. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, strong sales negotiation abilities, and exceptional customer relationship management skills. Your primary focus will be to identify and seize new business opportunities while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. This position requires travel within Lahore, making the use of a personal bike mandatory. With years of experience in sales and marketing, the chosen candidate will play a crucial part in achieving sales targets and supporting the overarching goals of Alfatah Industries. You will contribute directly to business growth by utilizing your market analysis skills and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, clients' needs, and potential prospect lists for continued sales growth.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and presentations to promote and provide comprehensive information on our products and services, resulting in increased visibility and market share.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline efficiently, following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring timely conversions to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Achieve personal sales targets set by the company by strategically planning and executing sales activities and leveraging available resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide superior customer service and support to existing clients to address their needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Travel throughout Lahore to meet clients and build relationships, ensuring efficient use of time and resources by planning visits strategically.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights gained from client interactions that could contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market analysis in order to report progress and suggest areas for improvement during regular business reviews.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training, self-directed improvement, and participation in industry-specific events.
