Generating Invoices by various policies issued by Sales from time to time
Supervision and executed of collection process in coordination with the Sales Team, Customers and Banks
Preparing and submitting zonal office EERs to the Finance Department in the Head Office for Reimbursement
Preparation is the submission of various system reports to the zonal team as well as to the Head Office
Customer support about policies, policy rates, discounts, and Customer Ledgers
Follow up with Sales Team and Customers for receivables
Periodic Stock Taking
Undertaking various administrative and HR-related responsibilities at the Zonal Office like;

Maintaining Office stationery
Office supplies and other entertainment expenses for official guests
General repair and maintenance
Taking over company belongings from relieving employees e.g. Car, Mobile, RT Books etc.
Petty Cash handling
