Alif Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position does not involve managing a team but requires a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. In this role, the Admin Officer will engage with internal and external stakeholders, making excellent customer service and analytical skills essential. The candidate should be adept at handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that office systems are maintained effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain daily administrative operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and generate reports using advanced Excel formulas and data analysis techniques.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive staff, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients, addressing inquiries professionally and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and easy retrieval of information.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures, offering suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues by employing root cause analysis and systems thinking to propose actionable solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits of administrative procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Facilitate a welcoming office environment through the management of supplies, equipment, and overall office organization.
  • Participate in special projects and supports team initiatives, contributing to a collaborative workplace.
