You will play a pivotal role in driving investment-raising initiatives for the company. This includes building relationships with potential investors, sourcing strategic deals, and closing investment agreements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fundraising, deal negotiation, and relationship management, with a particular focus on the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Raising:

Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), venture capitalists, and institutional investors in the USA.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to the company’s goals.

2. Investor Relations:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and trust.
Prepare compelling investment pitches, presentations, and proposals.

3. Deal Sourcing and Negotiation:

Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities aligned with the firm's objectives.
Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for both investors and the company.

4. Market Research and Insights:

Stay updated on global market trends, particularly in the USA, to identify new opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all investment processes comply with relevant legal and financial regulations.
Provide regular updates and reports to investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in investor relations, fundraising, or investment banking, with a proven track record of raising funds.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Market Knowledge: Extensive experience dealing with USA-based investors and understanding of their investment landscape.
