We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in generating leads and running successful outbound campaigns. This role requires working 4 consecutive hours daily (9:00AM to 1:00PM) aligned with US Pacific hours.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fluent in English, and has hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and email marketing tools. You will play a critical role in identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted outbound business development campaigns
  • Generate and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
  • Build and manage prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles
  • Craft compelling outreach messages for email and LinkedIn
  • Run multi-step email and LinkedIn campaigns, track performance, and optimize for engagement
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified leads
  • Maintain and update CRM with all outreach activity and lead information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach efforts with service offerings
  • Report on KPIs, campaign performance, and lead conversion metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales outreach
  • Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns and understanding of open/click rate optimization
  • Familiarity with cold outreach best practices and personalization techniques
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be available to work a 4-hour consecutive shift during US business hours
