Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
- .Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Implement and monitor internal control processes to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.Lead—or support—implementation and upgrades of accounting (Softronic System)
- Delegate tasks effectively to meet month‑end and year‑end close deadlines.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Procurement to align financial processes and improve workflow efficiencies.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
