We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all technology operations within the hospital. The ideal candidate will manage IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and drive digital transformation across healthcare systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hospital IT systems.
Ensure data privacy, system integrity, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
Manage IT staff, vendors, and service contracts efficiently.
Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Recommend and implement upgrades or new technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Support various hospital departments in adopting digital tools and systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of IT management experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of hospital systems, Softronic software, and healthcare data regulations.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
