We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Executive to join our team and help build a strong talent foundation for our company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
Support the HR department with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in managing staff inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR or related role (Fresh graduates may also apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
