Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites for roads and buildings.
Ensure that road and building construction projects are completed on time and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the success of both road and building projects.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and provide solutions for roads and buildings.
Monitor and report on project progress for both road and building projects, highlighting any delays or challenges.
Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at both road and building construction sites.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Associate Engineering or equivalent in a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction or engineering industry, with a focus on both road and building projects.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding construction site environment.
