We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Franchise Manager to support the Franchise Manager in overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining brand standards, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Franchise Manager in monitoring and managing the overall operations of franchise outlets.
- Ensure all franchise outlets comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Support franchisees in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure operational excellence.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of franchise staff.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
