The Business Development Head at AMC Pakistan holds a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing our business growth strategies within the dynamic real estate sector. This position entails driving brand visibility, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships to propel the organization's market presence and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • 1.1. Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities:Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business prospects to drive company growth.

  • 1.2. Evaluating and Optimizing Partnerships:Assess and enhance existing partnerships, revenue streams and new market opportunities for maximum effectiveness.

  • 1.3. Identifying Opportunities for Service Expansion:Identify and propose new services to meet evolving market demands.

  • 1.4. Strategic Partnerships Development:Propose and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

  • 1.5. Contributing to Long-Term Objectives:Provide input towards the company's long-term goals and strategies.

2. Relationship Management:

  • 2.1. Building and Maintaining Relationships:Cultivate strong and lasting connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • 2.2. Strategic Negotiation:Represent the company in high-level negotiations and strategic discussions.

  • 2.3. Client Retention:Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term relationship value.

3. Leadership & Team Development:

  • 3.1. Team Development:Lead, mentor and grow high performing business development teams in future.

  • 3.2. Cultural Leadership and Innovation Promotion:Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the organization to encourage innovation and growth.

  • 3.3. Building Cross-Functional Teams:Foster collaboration among various departments (Marketing, Sales, Operation and Finance) to support sustainable growth objectives.

4. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

  • 4.1. Market Analysis and Trend Tracking:Stay abreast of emerging markets, industry trends and analyze competitor strategies.

  • 4.2. Opportunity & Feasibility Analysis:Evaluate potential business ventures, proposals, and joint ventures.

5. Brand Enhancement:

  • 5.1. Brand Visibility Enhancement:Actively present the company at industry events, webinars and conferences to increase brand visibility and awareness.

  • 5.2. Sponsorship Engagement:Identify and engage with sponsorship opportunities, including collaborations with other profitable organizations.

6. Proposal & Contract Management:

  • 6.1. Proposal Response Management:Oversee preparation & Response to proposals, bids and RFPs from potential partners and clients.

  • 6.2. Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts & agreements with clients & partners to ensure favorable terms for the company.

  • 6.3. Compliance:Ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
