• Monitoring: Continuously monitoring network performance and security, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to prevent outages or breaches.

Systems Administration

• Server Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers.

• User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and ensuring proper access control across systems and applications.

• Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.

Security

• Security Policies: Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect IT infrastructure from internal and external threats.

• Threat Management: Identifying and mitigating security threats, managing firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

• Compliance: Ensuring systems comply with industry standards and regulations.

Software and Hardware Support

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Deployment: Installing and configuring hardware and software applications, ensuring they meet company requirements and are properly integrated with existing systems.

• Upgrades: Planning and executing system and software upgrades, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to business operations.
