We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Laptop Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of laptops, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations. You will be expected to promote a range of products, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Greet customers and identify their laptop needs by asking questions to determine the best product fit.
  • Educate customers on various laptop features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate product features, assist customers in choosing the right laptop, and close sales.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of laptop brands, models, specifications, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on new product releases and promotions to share with customers.
  • Provide expert advice on laptop accessories, warranties, and after-sales services.

Inventory & Merchandising:

  • Assist in managing stock levels and product displays.
  • Ensure that the store’s laptop section is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Report inventory shortages or product issues to management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding laptops and related products.
  • Follow up on sales leads, customer orders, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • Matric, F.A, B.A (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of laptops, technology, and consumer electronics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
