This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation and Guest Service Agent located in Kamalia, Pakistan. You need to be relocated to Kamalia. The Agent will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. The role involves coordinating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare properties for guest arrival, processing payments, and resolving any issues that arise during the guest's stay to ensure satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in reservations management and guest services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Proficient in using booking systems and managing payments
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
