Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the waste management staff deployed at designated Facilities.
- Responsible for coordinating with Medical Superintendent / Hospital Administration for day-to-day matters related to Waste Management.
- Responsible for checking the daily attendance and ensuring implementation of duty rosters of all staff deployed at designated Facilities.
- Responsible for sending the daily reports (IT, Transport, Operations, and Human Resources, etc.) to Head Office.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Responsible to keep in coordinating with Infection Control and Waste Management Teams to ensure monthly Waste Management / Infection Control meeting.
- Responsible for conducting training sessions on a monthly basis as per the requirements.
- Responsible for sharing the daily incineration report.
- Responsible for reporting any accident/incident to the Head Office
- Responsible for verifying all the documented entries on pre-defined formats/ forms and registers.
- Responsible for maintaining a record of consumables and inventory.
- Responsible for keeping the Waste Management Equipment in optimum working condition.
