As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, and content creation. You will also analyze campaign performance to ensure growth and engagement for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) to promote the brand and products.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and foster community interaction.
  • Monitor trends in the fashion and handbag industry and incorporate them into content.

Paid Advertising:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and Google.
  • Optimize ads to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Track ad performance and make adjustments to improve results.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand content for posts, stories, and ads.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Write compelling captions and copy for social media posts, emails, and other digital platforms.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches).
  • Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and analyze email performance metrics.

SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Ensure the website is optimized for search engines, focusing on relevant keywords related to handbags and fashion.
  • Use analytics tools to assess site performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement rates, and sales data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for the leadership team.

Collaborations & Partnerships:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other brand ambassadors in the fashion and handbag industry to increase brand visibility.

Stay Up-to-Date:

  • Keep up with current trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer, ideally in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) and how to create engaging content.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights and apply them to improve marketing strategies.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Graphic design skills or experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, etc.).
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and conversion optimization.
